1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website located at voxalit.com (the "Site") and any services provided by VOXALIT ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or services.

2. Services Description

VOXALIT provides specialized blockchain security services, including but not limited to:

  • Smart contract security audits.
  • Asset recovery assistance and forensic analysis.
  • Institutional security consulting (custody, MPC setup).
  • Security training and educational workshops.

Our services are provided on a "best efforts" basis. While we employ industry-leading expertise and tools, the nature of blockchain technology means that absolute security or recovery cannot be guaranteed.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services.
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes.
  • Not misuse our Site or services to conduct any illegal activity, including money laundering or financing of terrorism.
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of VOXALIT and third parties.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VOXALIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES.
  • ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN.
  • ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SITE BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
  • ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VOXALIT’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US $100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID VOXALIT, IF ANY, IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

5. No Guarantee of Recovery

For asset recovery services, you acknowledge and agree that blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. VOXALIT makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any lost, stolen, or inaccessible assets will be recovered. Our services are limited to forensic analysis, tracking, and technical assistance.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VOXALIT and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Zurich, Switzerland.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
